I've never just been a designer. I've been a personal trainer, a supplement store product expert, a freelancer running my own clients since 2013, and a creative lead inside a Fortune 500. Every experience taught me something I use in design — how people make decisions, what builds trust, why someone bounces or stays. The best design work doesn't come from design skills alone. It comes from understanding the problem wider than the brief.
